About
Yi-Wen Tsai, MD (蔡逸文, also known as Ian Tsai) is an attending pediatric surgeon at Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. His clinical and academic work centers on neonatal hepatobiliary surgery — in particular biliary atresia and the Kasai portoenterostomy — and on complex hypospadias reconstruction, including redo repairs referred after previous surgery elsewhere.
He also manages the full range of general pediatric surgical conditions, including anorectal malformation, Hirschsprung disease, congenital pulmonary airway malformation, esophageal atresia, and pediatric vascular access.
